Cheese Spreads are spreads based on cheese, such as processed cheese, grated cheese, Niva blue cheese, Hermelín, or bryndza. The cheese may be mixed with butter, cream, or yogurt and seasoned with herbs, garlic, paprika, or nuts. Popular Czech cheese spreads include Niva spread, bryndza spread, and Hermelín spread with garlic.
