Culinary Regions are areas characterised by distinctive culinary traditions, typical ingredients, and characteristic dishes. A culinary region does not necessarily correspond to national borders—Mediterranean cuisine spans several countries, while markedly different regional traditions can exist within a single country.
In Czechia, culinary regions follow the historical lands, with distinct Bohemian, Moravian, and Silesian cuisines and further subregions such as Moravian Wallachia, Haná, Chodsko, and Šumava.
This category brings together articles about areas with distinctive culinary traditions.
